DDSC 114# Colour Combo Purple & Pink

Hi all

It's team Karen's turn this week at Digi Doodle Challenges and the theme is 'Colour combo Purple & Pink'.  The card I've chosen to do this week is an easel card, I've not done one for a while and do like them.  The image I have chosen is Pansies, I just love flowers and this was a joy to colour in.  There are so many lovely images to choose from the shop.  So I hope you like my card.

The winner of this challenge will win a $10 gift certificate from the Digi Doodle Shop where you will be spoilt for choice, as there are so many great images to chose from. We also have a two runners up who will get to badge to wear on their blogs.

Please check out our other fantastic design team blogs to see what they've created. Looking forward to seeing what you've all done.

S.W.A.L.K. 18th Birthday Card

Hi all

Hope your having a good weekend and the weather is okay with you.  Well it's dry here for now but cold and windy.  Paul's been working today as it's been our families day today on camp.  He also went to London  yesterday to do one of his last Olympic Training Days.  He's doing both the Olympics and Para-Olympics as a Games Maker.  So I'm going be home alone for a few weeks.  Hopefully Mum and Dad will come and stay for a few days which will be nice as they've not been to Marham this time round.

Hope you like the card it's one I've done for one of my Cousin's daughters I can't believe she's 18 already don't know were time goes. I've done one of my SWALK stamps I just love those stamps, I've coloured it in with my Promarkers of course.

Have a good week.

DDSC 112# Follow That Sketch

Hi all

It's team Karen's turn on the Digi Doodle Shop Challenges this week and the theme is 'Follow That Sketch'.

As you can see I've chosen this cute image of the little boy giving the dog an ice cream I just love it.  Male cards are so hard to do.  I coloured it in with my Promarkers and I've used some backing papers from a Crafters Companion cd rom I have and I've matted them onto blue pearl card.

So please join in our challenge.  You don't have to use a Digi Doodle Shop image, but if you do have one please use it, your entry will count twice.  You are allowed to enter our challenges as many times as you like, as long as you enter a new card/craft.

Niece's Birthday card

Hi all

Hope your all okay and having a good weekend.  I hope the weather is okay where you are.

We went to Paul's Aunties last night to drop his Nan's birthday card and present off.  Hannah came with us to as she loves going there and having a run round the yard (enjoys all the fuss too).  So it was nice to see Eileen and Alan.  They are good company.  Apart from that we've been watching the football and the tennis today.  I just love the tennis and can't wait for Wimbledon.

This is a card I've made for one of my nieces it's a stamp and has been coloured in with Promarkers.  Hope you like it.

Thanks for looking.  Please leave me a comment.

Wedding Anniversary

Hi all

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend.  I know the weather hasn't been the best but the Jubilee celebrations have been amazing.  We really enjoyed them all.  I felt so sorry for the Prince Philip I do hope he will be okay. I thought the Queen looked lovely and felt like she really enjoyed them.  Although I'm sure she must have missed Prince Philip.

It was our 12th Wedding Anniversary on the 3rd of June.  I don't know were time goes.  We started our life here at Marham.  I met Paul on a Scout International at Camjam 1998.  I was staff and he was with his Scout Group from Marham at the time.  We found a little cottage in Denver and rented it as we couldn't move into quarters as we wasn't married at the time.  We then got married moved to Shawbury, Cranwell, Leaming and back to Marham for Paul's last tour of duty.  We leave here and Paul leaves the Air Force next year for another new chapter in our lives.  We have a lovely dog Hannah who is 12.  We lost Chumley last year he was 14 1/2 but we don't have any children.  Just got 13 nephew's and nieces to spoil with another one on the way.

So back to normal today after a nice long weekend.

Hope you all have a good week.
