Birthday Card

This is a card I've done for one of my Sister-in-Law's for her birthday. She used to have a job as a School Cook when they lived up in New Castle but Nick one of my brothers had to move back to Hull for a new job so she had to give it up. Now she just cooks for pleasure and is very good at it. I've used two Tilda stamps and my promakrers to colour it in.

Hubby took the photo's for me he's practising with a new lense he got for his camera with some birthday money. The flower at the bottom was more a purple colour than it's showing.

Hope you like it, any comments would be gratefully received.

Jenny xx

  1. Hi Jen - aw, I love this! Great papers, fabby stamps and your colouring is super!

I find colours change in photos too - I'm assured it's all to do with dyes and not the photographer! Hubby did you proud!

As you're such a PM fan, have you tried the new Ultra Fine nibs yet Jen? They just click on over the finer end of your PM, and are terrific. I gave some packs of three away in July as blog candy and still have some spare if you'd like them. It's entirely up to you, if you're interested just send your snail mail address to me at

Have a great day! Di xx

  2. Mrs Potato Head here Jen! I looked at all the entries for the nibs and couldn't see your name! But, if you would like another pack of three sending to you then I truly do have some spare! Di xx
