Hi everyone

As promised here are a couple of photo's of my brother's party:-

This is my brother on the right with his wife Angie in the blue of 25 years. The rest of the gang is there kids and partners etc.

The second photo is my dad, mum brother, myself and my husband Paul.

The third photo I love and at some point will be going in my family tree album when I get round to doing one. It's my dad, brother, his eldest son from his first marriage Daniel, then there's Ben and Tom so 3 generations.

So I'll leave it at that for now.

Hello

Hi

Hope your all okay and keeping well.

I'm sorry I've been a bad blogger. I don't know were times goes, I can't believe it's been May since I last posted on here.

Well what's been going on here. We've been to my Brother's 25th Wedding Anniversary Party which was a fantastic weekend, we went over to South Cave near Hull and all stayed the night in the Hotel it was in. Paul took the photo's for them for the evening and I've done a Scrapbook of the event as a present for them. I love Chris and Angie to bits and their family we had a lovely weekend with them all and it was great to see some of their friends who I've not seen for nearly 12 years + and couldn't believe how much their kids have all grown up. How time flies.

Then we had a Family Christening on Paul's side of the family his brother Mark and wife Clair had a little boy they've called Harley. They already have two other boys Joshua and Callum who are fantastic children. It was a hard day as Paul's mum died 3 years ago today and things have been tough to say the least with his Step Dad who was meant to be treating the boys the same and he's not been doing a very good job and Nanna Bailey and Paul's Mum's Sisters haven't spoken to Paul's Step Dad for a long time. It's a long story as these things usually are so I won't go on about it. But it all went off okay and Harley never cried (bless him) and it was nice to see everyone on Paul's side of the family.

A few weeks after that we had a family Wedding on Paul's side of the family this time it was just on his Mum's side of the family and we were really looking forward to it. We stayed at Paul's Auntie Eileens for the night and took the dogs with us, so Paul could have a drink for a change!!!. We had a lovely day and the wedding went along lovely. It was one of Paul's Cousin's (Becky) who was getting married she looked stunning. When I get the chance I will post some photo's of it.

We haven't had a proper holiday for about 5 or 6 years now as we live away from family with Paul been in the RAF we usually end up visiting family for our holiday. Paul's mum bless her had a 5 year struggle with cancer and as I've mentioned she died 3 years ago today, and we used to try to visit her or my family when we could. My brother (I have 3 older brothers) who's Anniversary we went to owns his own appartment in Spain. I haven't flown in about 20 years and and between my Mum, Paul and my brother tried to persuade me to go.

To cut another long story straight we went recently and had a fantastic hoilday it was just what we needed. We haven't enjoyed a holiday so much as long as I can remember. The area, appartment and weather was fantastic. It did my back and skin the power of good.

Paul's been busy at work and has been away with work and is going away for 3 weeks.

So there you go along with crafting and card making I've been trying to do inbetween all this which I will get round to putting on my blog now things seem to be calming down a bit.

Talk again soon.

Broken Laptop

Hi all

Sorry I've not been around for awhile my laptop broke and it had to be sent away to be looked at (thank goodness I took out a warranty on it). I've only just got it back, something to do with the motherboard needing replacing (not good with computer parts).

So now I'm trying to catch up on things emails, blog, everyone else's blogs, cards I've made and taken photo's of to be put onto the computer etc. You don't realise how much you use a laptop until you've not got one. It was horrible not been able to do what your used to doing. I also use my laptop for CD Crafting too so that's been hard having find other things to use.

Hope everyone's okay and been busy making lots of lovely crafty goodies.

Easter Weekend & Hospital App

Hi

A Happy Belated Easter everyone. I hope you all had a lovely weekend. We had a busy one. On Friday we stayed local and just did a bit of shopping in Downham Market. On Saturday we went to Baytree Nursery's which I love and they have opened a new craft shop there so we had to have a look of course. We we're impressed they sell a bit of everything and they do classes which is good.

Paul has a friend who he hasn't seen for a long time so we'd been invited to see him so we went onto there next then we'd been invited to Paul's Aunties for tea and so had Paul's brother and family, it was lovely to see them and play with the kids. I can't believe how much the baby has grown he's 4 1/2 months now and smilling away he's gorgeous. So we had a lovely day.

On Sunday we went to Blickling Hall, Norwich. They had a Bead Fair there and a couple of weekends ago the National Trust had a free weekend and we went along to two halls near us on the Saturday and the Sunday they had a special offer to join were you got 2 months free and for the two of us it cost us £66.00 for the year and you can then get in any of the National Trust properties, well there is quite a few of them near us and we love looking round them and they have different events going all through the year. So I got a few things for my jewellery things. I could have gone mad. The hall was lovely and we're going back as we didn't get to see it all.

On Monday we went to Heacham to see Paul's Nan and Grandad Johnson who have a static caravan there. We went early and went to Hunstanton (which I love) and had a lovely walk along the front. So we had a lovely weekend.

Sorry for the long post seem to have lots to tell today. Yesterday I went to the Back Clinic at Kings Lynn hospital, Paul took me bless him he took the day off. It went okay he's a very nice man and you can talk to him which is good. So I told him how I'd been that I'd felt tired come middle of the afternoon and that was me not feeling like doing anything for the rest of the day and since he changed my tablets in December that I've not been sleeping as well and felt worse first thing in the morning. So he's told me to adjust my tablets and we've got a few things to try. He's put me on the waiting list for physio, were they put the needles in you (sorry forgot the name of it) and a Pain Management Group were you sit and chat and it's help you come to terms with your pain etc so it's quite good. I see him again in about 3-4 months.
